The PRIGO Strategic Board has made an extraordinary decision on a scholarship for all pupils of the PRIGO Elementary school in Ostrava, whose parents submit the application till the end of January 2025. The scholarship will be provided for the entire period of study at our elementary school, in the amount of 50%. This scholarship covers all parts of the allowance, i.e. tuition fees, meals, clubs, events and activities. Parents will now only pay a total sum of CZK 4,990/month, and no other fees will be required.

The standard parental contribution for the PRIGO Elementary School amounts to CZK 9,900 per month (12 months). It includes attendance at the elementary school, including the extended opening hours of the after-school childcare, and individualized approach in a classroom (small study groups), who are assisted by an above-standard number of teachers. The contribution also includes language teaching and specialized interest groups held every day (natural history and science group, logic and ethics group, art group, music group, language group, and physical activity group). It also includes the travel expenses and entrance fees to regular events (cultural events, exhibitions, natural history events), a ski lesson, skating lessons in summer and winter, tennis and swimming lessons, and other courses as well as holding of birthday parties and other activities. The contribution further includes regular, a few-day stays for children in relaxation and spa facilities in the adjacent mountain resorts.

The contribution also covers the payment of everyday lunch and other refreshments at all events. Additionally, the contribution includes textbooks, exercise books, and office supplies for your children. Your child will be able to be regularly visited a psychologist, and a speech therapist and will have the use of the services provided by the CEMNAS Higher Education Centre, which is a member of the PRIGO Group and which is devoted to working with extremely gifted individuals.

No further payments associated with attendance at our school and the activities organized by us will be demanded. We offer ALL INCLUSIVE services whose expenses are covered by your contribution. During the whole school attendance (5 years), your child will also receive extended classes in Czech and in a foreign language – with some subjects taught in a foreign language – in a school with a positive attitude to nature and technology.

In order to ensure the organization and effectiveness of the school’s operation, it is not possible to pay only some of the listed parts of the parental contribution.

The parents’ financial contributions make it possible to provide a highly individual approach in small groups of children, quality language classes, a great environment, and modern technical equipment. This allows us to focus also on the development of talented children. Our teachers are very well paid, and their salaries are above average. A teacher´s satisfaction and quality are then expressed in the satisfaction and development of children. The pupils of PRIGO Elementary School are not subject to any fees for studying at the eight-year, six-year or four-year grammar school, so the tuition fee is free of charge. Each student receives a monthly scholarship of CZK 500 -2,000. These benefits also apply when studying at our partner PRIGO International Business Academy.
